Third-Party Sharing
PURVIS Systems operates globally with business processes, human networks, and technical systems that cross borders. PURVIS Systems procedures are designed to provide a globally consistent level of protection for personal information. In some cases, we may use business relationship parties located in various countries to collect, use, analyze, and otherwise process information on our behalf. In this regard we establish contractual safeguards for the protection of your personal data with such business parties, including obligations for processing in line with applicable legal requirements.
We may also disclose your personal information to other business partners, such as website hosts, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and work management platforms, who process data to provide better service to you and to improve our Services. We do not in any event sell or lease any of your personal information.

Data Retention & Storage
PURVIS Systems stores personal data no longer than (a) the duration required to satisfy the purposes for which the personal data is processed, (b) if processing is pursuant to consent, until you withdraw your consent, or (c) if processing is pursuant to a legitimate interest of PURVIS Systems, until you object to such processing. Still, we will store personal data for a longer period where (a) we are required by law or (b) your personal data is required for PURVIS Systems to assert or defend a legal claim. In this event, we will store your personal data until the end of the relevant retention period or until the claims in question have been settled.
Your Rights
PURVIS Systems does not sell or lease your personal information. We may allow certain partners to collect information on our sites/services for analytics and targeted/interest-based advertising. You can opt out of targeted/interest-based advertising via the “Manage Consent” button and by adjusting browser/platform advertising preferences.
You can make a variety of choices related to your personal data. You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your data. You can also update your choices concerning how that data is used. Any choices you do make will be subject to existing statutory regulations or other prevailing legal rights held by PURVIS Systems. If you request that personal data required for the use of PURVIS Systems’ Services be deleted, your ability to continue use of those Services will terminate. You also may restrict the use of personal data until i) material that you claim is incorrect is evaluated for accuracy and any necessary correction or ii) there is no legal basis for PURVIS Systems to process your data but you do not want PURVIS Systems to delete it. We will verify your request by matching information you provide to information we maintain and may request additional information if needed.
If PURVIS Systems uses your personal data pursuant to consent or to perform a contract with you, you may request from PURVIS Systems a copy of the personal data in a portable format that you have provided to PURVIS Systems. Please send any such requests to Reachus@purvis.com.
Use of Website by Children
PURVIS Systems websites are not intended for children under the age of 16 and PURVIS Systems does not target our websites to children under 16. PURVIS Systems does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided personal information to us, contact reachus@purvis.com and we will delete it as required.
