Hybrid Servers (Physical & Virtual) 

For agencies with a virtual server environment that might have limited capacity, or for agencies who might like a backup server installed at a location outside of the virtual server environment, the Hybrid Server maintains a central repository of all configuration and connection information and is responsible for maintaining connectivity to fire stations, the CAD interface, and the Dispatch/Management Console. During operation, the server processes CAD data transmitted by the CAD interface and provides dispatch data to the fire stations and remote personnel involved in the incident.

API CAD Interface

The PURVIS API is a modern, XML web service-based interface that enables seamless communication between any CAD system, the servers, and the stations. It allows for full station automation functionality, including relays (turning devices on and off) and zoning. With the CAD interface implemented, no additional dispatch steps are needed outside of the CAD system for station alerting

FSAS-Portal

FSAS Portal

The secure, browser-based FSAS Portal allows authorized users to access the PURVIS FSAS system from ANY computer using an Internet browser (Edge, Chrome, or FireFox) and network connectivity to the Central Servers on the network. This portal allows for system administration or manual alerting and provides access to reports and system configuration features. Pronunciation of automated voice is easily modified through the Portal.

Dispatch Management (DM) Console

The DM console is a touch screen computer providing a simple, user friendly, graphical interface designed to allow for efficient public safety communications. It provides an interface for system monitoring, configuration and reporting. Additionally, manual alerts and general announcement messages can be sent to station and remote personnel via the DM console.
