Fire Department Dispatching - FD Map

FD Map is an optional add-on module for our FD Dispatch. FD Map provides an ESRI based GIS mapping capability to graphically display incident locations. Using unique icons, the dispatcher can quickly identify the nature of an incident on the map display.

FD Map also incorporates the following features:

• Zoom in or out
• Pan
• Printing the displayed map
• Zoom to selected incident
• Locate address on map
